The war in Russia-Ukraine is not taking the name of stopping. In the midst of the war going on for several months, today the Russian army has launched rapid missile attacks on Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine. Russia has fired 30 missiles at Kyiv in a row, 15 of which have been claimed by Ukraine. Meanwhile, America has announced to send 31M A1 Abrams battle tanks to Ukraine. Russia has fired several missiles to attack Ukraine. So on the other hand, Ukraine has also claimed to have stockpiled Russian missiles and drones.

Alert issued across the country

Ukraine today announced an air raid alert across the country. Air raid sirens are ringing continuously in the country. Senior Ukrainian officials have claimed that air defense units are shooting down incoming Russian missiles. Ukraine's governor, Vitaly Kim, said on the Telegram messaging app that Russian missiles had been sighted in the Mykolaiv region. However, Ukraine has also claimed that the army has shot down several Russian missiles.

Ordered people to take shelter in safe places

The governor of Ukraine said that several Russian missiles have been seen in the Mykolaiv region in the northwest. The country's authorities have asked people to take refuge in safe places. The head of the presidential office, Andrey Ermak, said the Russian missiles had been shot down. Russia has targeted critical infrastructure in Ukraine with missile and drone attacks since October. This caused widespread blackouts and other outages during the winter in Ukraine.

Ukraine claims – 24 Russian drones piled up

DTEk is the largest private energy producer in Ukraine. He said he was also shutting off emergency power to the capital Kyiv, the surrounding region, and the regions of Odesa and Dnipropetrovsk due to the threat of a missile attack. The military said its anti-aircraft defenses shot down all 24 drones sent by Russia. Fifteen drones were downed around the capital Kyiv with no reports of any damage.
