Shikhar Dhawan: Court orders Shikhar Dhawan's wife not to make statements defaming the cricketer

Shikhar Dhawan-Ayesha Mukerji Case: Court for experienced opener Shikhar Dhawan, who is running out of Team India. Delhi's Patiala House Court has ordered Shikhar Dhawan's wife Ayesha Mukherjee not to make defamatory statements against this cricketer. Dhawan had filed an application regarding this in the court.

The family life of experienced opener Shikhar Dhawan is not going well. Actually, the divorce case is also going on between Dhawan and Ayesha Mukherjee. Meanwhile, Delhi's Patiala House Court has ordered Shikhar's wife Ayesha Mukherjee not to make statements defaming Dhawan anywhere and anytime. Dhawan had filed an application in the court that Ayesha was trying to tarnish his image. The court has given instructions to Ayesha in this matter. 

Now in Delhi's Patiala House Court, Judge Harish Kumar has ordered Ayesha not to misrepresent or defame Shikhar Dhawan in any way. The judge ordered Ayesha not to circulate defamatory and false material to any person or place including print media, social media, friends or relatives.

The judge said that every person loves his respect. He makes respect and name in the society with great hard work. If once respect is lost, then there is a big loss.

Dhawan-Ayesha are living separately since 2020

Shikhar Dhawan married Ayesha Mukherjee in the year 2012. Ayesha Mukherjee is currently living in Australia. This was Ayesha's second marriage and she already has 2 daughters. After the marriage of Dhawan and Ayesha, in the year 2014, a son was born in their family, whose name is Zoravar.

In the year 2020, the rift in their better relationship increased so much that both of them decided to stay apart. It has come to the point of divorce. Now both are living separately for the last two years.
