Earlier, the Corona vaccine of Pfizer is being used in many countries of the world.
The pharma company said on Tuesday that it has started a clinical trial of the third phase of its oral antiviral drug. The scientific nomenclature of this drug has been PF-07321332. Its trial is being done in the US only. According to CNBC report, this drug will work to block the enzyme due to which the corona virus in human cell increases rapidly.
Will have to adopt both ways
In a company release, it has been said that to fight Covid-19, both ways have to be adopted. One would be the path of rescue through vaccine and the other would be to cure the disease through medicine.
Vaccine has not been approved in India
Pfizer's vaccine was not approved in India. Actually, a condition was placed on behalf of India that only those vaccines, which will have their trial in India, will be approved. Pfizer had not conducted any vaccine trials in India, so it was not approved. In India, Covaxin and Covishield were approved because both of these vaccines were tried in the country. Covaxin was made in India only, while Covishield also had trials.
