CTET exam 2021: CBSE has released exam day guidelines for candidates

New Delhi: The Central Eligibility Test (CTET) 2021 will be conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Sunday (January 31).
Due to various administrative reasons the 14th edition of Central Eligibility Test (CTET) 2021 which was scheduled to be held on Sunday, July 5 2020 and to be conducted in 112 cities got postponed. Now the examination will be conducted on Sunday, January 31.
The newly assigned 135 cities for the conduction of the ecamination are Lakhimpur, Nagaon, Begusarai, Gopalganj, Purnia, Rohtas, Saharsa, Saran, Bhilai/Durg, Bilaspur, Hazaribagh, Jamshedpur, Ludhiana, Ambedkar Nagar, Bijnor, Bulandshahar, Deoria, Gonda, Mainpuri, Pratapgarh, Shahjahanpur, Sitapur and Udham Singh Nagar.
A list of such cities is available on the official website of CTET. The board has already issued admit cards of the examination.
The pandemic has yet brought a freedom of choice to the candidates.They are free to choose their exam centre according to their comfortability. Along with the admit card, some necessary guidelines are also given by the board for the exam which must be strictly adhered by the candidates.
The candidates are required to :
1.Carry their own sanitisers in 50 ml transparent bottle.
2. Wear a mask and hand gloves.
3.The water bottle must be transparent.
4.Carry admit card along with the identity card like Aadhar Card or driving licence.
5.Strictly follow the rules of social distancing.
6.Not share any stuff in the examination hall.
7.Avoid spitting in the public areas.
8.Throw used face masks and tissue in the closed dustbin.
9. Maintain personal and environmental hygiene.
10. Make sure that they are not suffering from any of the symptoms of COVID-19 before entering the exam hall.
