A senior official in Ukraine's presidential office said that a Russian missile was attacked on Saturday morning in Dniprovskyi District of Kyiv.

The sound of this missile attack was so loud that it was heard far and wide. At the same time, journalists of the news agency Reuters also heard a loud bang before the air raid siren sounded in the capital Kyiv. Eyewitnesses said that a series of explosions were heard. At the same time, after this attack, the authorities have asked the citizens to take shelter in a safe place.

Kirillo Tymoshenko, deputy head of the presidential office, said, "There was a missile attack on vital infrastructure." More details are awaited. Kyiv's military administration said the missile attack hit infrastructure. However, he did not specify which infrastructure was targeted. Along with this, the mayor of Kyiv has requested people to be careful. 

Attack on energy infrastructure in Ukraine

Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said, 'There has been an explosion in the Dniprovs'kyi District. All the agencies are rushing towards the spot. Stay in your homes.' He said the debris of the missile fell in a non-residential area in Holosiivs'kyi district of Kyiv.
