'Russian army left Kherson but destroyed everything', said Zelenskyy in a video message

Russia Ukraine War President Volodymyr Zelensky said Russian forces destroyed key infrastructure before leaving Kherson. Zelenskyy praised his army, saying that they fought very hard until pro-Moscow forces left the area.

Zelensky said - Russian army destroyed the infrastructure

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Russian forces destroyed major infrastructure before fleeing to Kherson. Zelensky described the fighting in the eastern region of Donetsk as hellish and said that we had fought very hard until the area was left by pro-Moscow forces. He told that the residents of Kherson happily welcomed the returning soldiers to take victory.

Zelenskyy said in a video address on Saturday that the Russians everywhere have one goal and that is to harm as many people as possible. The Ukrainian President further assured the people that, believe me, we will restore everything.

Russian army caused heavy damage before fleeing

Russian forces have destroyed all of Ukraine's critical infrastructure before fleeing Kherson. Communication facilities, water, power lines have all been destroyed. Despite all this, Zelenskyy alleged that Ukraine's success in Kherson was enormous, as its troops had now gained control of more than 60 regional settlements.
